Returns will only be accepted for watch purchases made through www.aowatches.nl. Purchases made by appointment or pick up are not included and are final.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Your returned purchase should subject to the following conditions:

• Watches that have been worn, and have suffered damage, will not be accepted for a full refund.
• A pre-owned watch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sold.
• Any documentation or attachments that came with the watch must return with the package. Such additions may consist of but are not limited to boxes, booklets, papers or any other accessories.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds will always be issued in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Refunds are completed once the returned items are received and inspected. A&O Watches is not liable for any packages lost by the mail order company. We therefore recommend returning packages fully insured.
