We value your newly purchased watch just as much as you do. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure that your watch arrives in perfect working condition no matter where you are. Our packaging materials are generously sized, and we take extra care to safeguard delicate items.

We rely on a reliable and insured delivery partner and typically dispatch your parcel on the next business day after receiving your payment.

In general, delivery within Europe takes one business day, while for the rest of the world, it usually takes 2-3 business days.

Alternatively, we can arrange for your watch to be delivered by a dedicated courier service or, if you prefer, a member of our team. The shipping costs for direct delivery will be borne by the client. If you would like to explore these options and receive a quote, please contact us.

Payments

To ensure your convenience, we offer various payment methods. Please note that if we do not receive payment within five (5) business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Credit card

You will be redirected to a secure payment environment provided by your credit card issuer. Once the payment is successfully completed, you will be redirected to our website, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us. A member of our team will then contact you to coordinate the shipping process.

Bank transfer

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us, and we will send you an invoice with a reference number for your payment. Once we have received the exact amount specified on the invoice in our bank account, a member of our team will reach out to you to arrange for shipping. Please note that we will only ship the watch after your bank transfer has cleared.

If you receive shipments from us, it is important that you film the entire opening process. This guarantees in case of emergency a workable and correct situation for any claim handling, this way we can ensure your protection and money.

Before you open the package, please capture on video how the package looks from all sides to check if it has been tampered with.
